I had discussion on Lesson 9 of Goal 5 Gender Equality of SDGs Topic conversation with Dhyme-san.
First of all, I replied to the two questions stated in Lead-in.
I explained to her the fact that percentage of women in managerial staff positions at Japanese companies is only about 13 to 14% in accordance with the survey by Japanese government. I also referred to the background of the scarcity of women in managerial staff positions.
I also explained to the respective inequality and social status stated in Words to Know. I replied to two questions.
I enjoyed communicating with her.
